I have watched NHL Hockey since the Origional Six was still around, prided myself on having a fair amount of knowledge of the game, yet ever since these new “Obstruction” rules came into place to speed up the game, all of these phantom penalty calls only slows the game down. I see the most obvious of penalties overlooked and the silly ones called. Where can a fan go to complain about this, as I am almost about to give up watching this sport.
